Cluster Septic Systems

Amend or adopt ordinances allowing cluster septic systems for multiple units to be placed in one large area, avoiding the need for a separate absorption field for each house. Cluster systems are often used for subdivisions of up to 100 houses, and allow lot sizes to be significantly reduced.
