Nonprofit organizations currently designated as a CHDO by the State are required to renew their State CHDO status annually to qualify for the CHDO set-aside under the HOME Rental Housing Loan, Permanent Supportive Housing, Georgia Dream Single Family Development, CHDO Operating Assistance, or CHDO Predevelopment Loan programs.
Organizations seeking to renew their CHDO status should view the renewal application for submission deadlines.
