Selection as a finalist is a great accomplishment! All of our finalists will receive either the Magnolia Award for Excellence in Affordable Housing or a Special Achievement in Affordable Housing award. As some of Georgia’s premier housing success stories, the Housing Georgia 2008 conference will feature the award finalists in the concurrent morning sessions. Conference participants will get an opportunity to meet the people who made these wonderful projects happen and to learn how they did it.
